I have taken Amazon's as an online retailer to write this answer. It has following opportunities to evolve its culture based on employee feedback:

1) Change in the practices related to customer satisfaction:

if , employees working in customer service department will suggest to change the some of the barriers related to customer satisfaction like easy payment ,  low pricing ,  product delivery within less time than usual , instant refund etc. Such trends of customers might be identified by the customer care executives which helps in designing the policies of the Amazon.

2) Value delivery:

Amazon can introduce the concept of value delivery to its huge customer base across the globe based on employee feedback. Both backoffice and field based employees will suggest valuable insights in this regard.

3) Employees feedback are essential to setting workplace policies at Amazon:

Amazon can formulate its flexible or rigid or mix of both policies for employees working its corporate or regional hubs. It will be essential to get maximum productivity from employees.

4) Offering discounts to attract new segments of customers:

Attracting newer segments will be easy when field sales representatives identified some of the specific group of customers like institutional members, school related buyers etc. Amazon can target them with unique pricing slabs.

5) Employees might offer workplace diversity and hence cultural mix:

Amazon can create its corporate as well as overall cultural perspectives based on people's backgrounds. It can take indepth feedback from each individual working to improve human resources , strategic management and other disciplines in Amazon's global operations.

6) Employees feedback can assist in removing negative sales and business development practices:

Amazon can change its policies to sales development across world through online and offline platforms. It can better devices more sales generating business arena. Amazon sellers can be trained based on gap analysis related to employees feedback about particular selling partners at Amazon platform.
