Imagine walking into an elevator and seeing the CEO of the company you have long dreamed of working for. He or she presses the button for the 50th floor, and asks you what floor you need. You choose 51, even though you were really heading to the 7th floor to see a friend. Based on the speed of the elevator, you estimate you've got about a minute.

Elevator Speech

My name is Elina, a post graduate in HR Management. I had chosen this stream as I feel human asset is the most critical asset of a company and a source of competitive advantage for the company. So I feel it is quite important to have policies and interventions to nurture and develop as well as retain talent with the company. I have done internship with Facebook Inc. and have done live projects with reputed companies like P&G, Google and American Express. I have specialization as well as project experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Recruitment and Selection. I am hoping to join a reputed employee centric company like yours. If you have time, I would love to share with you details about my research paper on Talent Management. I am hopeful that my research will prove to be quite fruitful for your company’s business model.
