Elevator Speech

My name is Elina, a post graduate in HR Management. I had chosen this stream as I feel human asset is the most critical asset of a company and a source of competitive advantage for the company. So I feel it is quite important to have policies and interventions to nurture and develop as well as retain talent with the company. I have done internship with Facebook Inc. and have done live projects with reputed companies like P&G, Google and American Express. I have specialization as well as project experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Recruitment and Selection. I am hoping to join a reputed employee centric company like yours.
