The first approach of the coach must be positive, friendly and familiar. The players are made aware of their roles and ability. They are made aware what roles are expected from them and how they can fulfill their ability.

Discipline is a main factor and the coach must make the players aware of the discipline of the players. It is a team work and only discipline can bring their success. Their limitations and other boundaries are set along with coaching.

They must be cooperative. They must follow the rules of the game. Game is absolutely for entertainment. So, there should not be any unexpected and unwanted behavior in the players. They must use the proper language and they must cooperate each other .

The players should direct themselves to the proper objectives. They must be careful to their goal. Their objective is set at the initial level of coaching. They are made aware in what level they need to do competition.

The players need to follow strict rules and discipline. They are absolutely prohibited not to do what has been advised to them. They must follow the rules maintained by the coach. But the parents, forbtheir affection and love, some times provoke them to break the rules. Tbey are not so cooperative to the coach. Sometimes they provide food what are not allowed to the players. Their meeting is also restricted.

Here coach must consult with the parents in a soft, friendly and familiar ways. His manner must make the parents optimistic about the success of the players. The coach should behave positively with the parents. He must remember the da t that success of the coaching depends greatly on the mutual understanding between the coach and parents.
