b. The maximum size of a UDP datagram is 65535 bytes with full data and IP header.

c. The minimum size of data that can be encapsulated is 0 bytes, in the case when size of UDP datagram is minimum.

d. The maximum size of data that can be encapsulated is 65507 bytes.

Largest UDP datagram has 20 bytes of IP header, 8 bytes of UDP header, and 65507 bytes of data.
