The Solution to the question is yes.

Explanation

The transmission wires 1 and 2 are connected to pins 3 and 6, respectively.

The cable connections are exactly reversed, so there is no effect on transmitter and receiver side. ANSI/TIA/EIA 568-B standard, vendor cable wired with tip and ring reversed.

There will be no effect on the transmitter and receiver sides
