prepare a paper that proposes a statistical model that can be used to determine whether a particular geographical region can support a high-tech manufacturing firm. You must include a minimum of three independent variables but no more than five. You should use actual data, such as that which is available from the U.S. Census Bureau. Your primary hypothesis will test whether the region can support a high-tech manufacturing firm. You may add additional hypotheses as you deem necessary. Your paper should include the level of statistical rigor covered in the course. At a minimum, you must include descriptive statistics and inferential techniques.
