Rostow modernization model gives an idea that how an economic growth starts for any economy and how it reaches maturity.

The stages are-

1.traditional society- in this the society is dependent on agriculture and there is no sufficient amount of Technology support the growth.

2.transitional - this is the second stage of growth and in this emergence in new technology in different sectors of the economy are adopted.

3.takeoff- in this stage, the growth become norms, the banking system improve ,the income of the people Rises,the entrepreneurial class rises.

4. It is the stage during which economic towards economy reaches its peak in terms of consumption, investment, entrepreneurs, etc.

5.decline to maturity.

So among the above 5 stages, the stage which is responsible for the emergence of new adoption of Technology is the transitional stage.
