Answering the first question as per Chegg Guidelines:

1. The integration of technology is quite evident in all industries. The learning and development industry is also quite influenced by this trend. 3 major reasons behind the use of technological tools for training delivery:

· There has been a generation shift in workforce – baby boomers are retiring and millennials are occupying the workplace. Millennials prefer technology aided trainings. Hence the integration of technology facilitates the overall learning experience of the millennials

· The industry is quite fast paced. Companies are striving hard to maintain their competitive advantage. To facilitate the same, the companies are regularly updating the skills and competencies of employees. The integration of technology facilitates training of employees and preparing them for the changing needs of the industry.

· Nowadays employees do not have time to go to attend workshops and classroom trainings. The employees aspire for e-training as it makes training flexible and can be taken on the go. Hence employees can undergo training as and when they like.
