Box2 has no blue ball implies that we selected box2 and we got blue ball from it.

P(box 2 has no blue ball) = P(box 2 selected) * P(blue ball in box 2 selected)

Hence, 1/10 or 0.1 is the probability that now box 2 has no blue ball.
