For this scenario, I am currently working with Amazon.in. As a normal guest we can able to view and go through the social media pages of the company as we do lot of business through social media by putting advertisement on the social media pages. This actually help us in reaching millions of customer in no time. We use youtube also to put advertisement regarding sales and amazing deals which will interest our customers. From a guest perspective, a guest can view the content of the pages and also allowing our guests to put comments and also put feedbacks in the social media pages..
