In general term, a customer loyalty program can be defined as a rewards program offered by a company to customers who is loyal to the brand or shop and make frequent purchases.

Customer loyalty program for the Grocery store chain :

Following reward program can be offered.

  1. If you make a purchase the grocery of worth rs USD 5000 in two consecutive months, you will be eligible for a discount of 25% on the next purchase.
  2. if a family buys the grocery of the entire 12 months from the shop (each month minimum bill USD 5000), then the Grocery of the 13th month will at half rate of the total purchase.
  3. Also as per point two, such 12-month loyal customer can enjoy a foreign trip on lucky draw.
  4. 6 Month old customer who made a total purchase of minimum 5000 USD but purchases something every month will be given priority checkout post 6month and discount on home delivery.
