If I have an average 46.4% and the standard deviation is 2.2%. Does it agree with...

If I have an average 46.4% and the standard deviation is 2.2%. Does it agree with 43.97%? 46.4 % is experimental and 43.97% is theoretical.

Experimental mean is the result of mean we have calculated with formula of mean having sum of all observations divided by number of observations.

Whereas theoretical means refers to mean we have finded by Central limit theorem and histogram of the data

The experimental mean and the theoretical mean both get same when we have a large n (the number of observations)

In your case both are having a difference, which seems to be unsatisfied and does not follow....

It doesn't agree...
