A. An order placed over the phone for a pizza delivery is a type of oral contact in the context of business law. Oral contact are not enforceable by law. The breach of oral contacts can be stiff to prove because the terms were not written down. But in the context of the contract placed over a phone for a pizza delivery, if the order is accepted and communicated to the consumer through some kind of mail and message and a order number is also placed then it can be enforceable and in case of any breach in this order can cause damage to the shop keeper.

B. The oral exchange at a restaurant when a waiter takes your order for dinner, it is similar to case A. , as it is also a kind of oral contract . As we know that somewhere in oral order in a restaurant is not forwarded or accepted through any order receipt so this oral communication can not be takes as a evidence in case of any breach of contract.

C. A numbered ticket provided by a valet parking attendant or dispensed by an automated machine at the entrance to a parking structure, now this case is totally different from Case A and B as it is a part of written contract because parking attendant gives a numbered ticket by an automated machine at the entrance. This ticket will be properly numbered and name and details of the service reciever is already admitted by the machine, so in case of any breach of duty the ticket can be used as a evidence and this contract is totally enforceable by Law in the context of Business Law.
