S/N ratio =

= 59.8/2.1354

= 28

The new process had yields of 54, 56, 52, 56, 53, 51, 54, 53, and 52.

S/N ratio =

= 53.4444/1.6405

= 32.58

Yes, the new process have a better S/N ratio.
