Some of the cloud software products issues are as follows:

1) Security issues of cloud computing are because of the data breaches, credential compromise, and the broken authentication

2) Cost and management and containment as any cloud computing risk involve the cost. There is extra processing which happens from public cloud providers

3) When there is a lack of resources and expertise then the workload of the cloud continues to rapidly advance.

4) Governance/Control is not complete for a cloud as the IT is not owning the cloud computing completely for provisioning, de-provisioning and any operational activity in the infrastructure.

5) Management of multiple clouds:

As companies are shifting to the public as well as private clouds hence handling multiple cloud as one is challenging

6) Compliance issue as there is an issue for others to use the backup services and any company which is migrating the data from the internal storage to the company faces issues with compliance.

Some of the drawbacks which Office365 are as follows:

1) It has Compatibility issues

2) It has internet issues which lead to disrupting the productivity

3) There cannot be renewals

4) Has issues with data privacy and controls
