I think the company should tell the only about business over view and how they perform the same. Never share your formula and research or other secret documents and balabcing empoyees privacy is also important because if everyone knows then the employees will not retain and competitor will hire on higher ssalaries.

In sime cases it is ethucal to give unethical or illigal practices to an outside agency for examoke related to crime,drugs, invilved in terrorist acticities.

But if it is not the case of above then it should not be informed because each and every cimpany is doing simethibg to increase its profit by doing sime activities like tax savibg by showibg wring investment,taking very high profits ion manufacturig cost etc.
