Vitamins are two types water soluble and fat soluble. Vitamins plays as a cofactors in various chemical reactions in the body.. Some vitamins acts as antioxidants
Minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride.... Plays a main role in the homeostasis of the body by maintaining intracellular and extracellular equilibrium.
