computer science vs software engineering:

The study of how computers work is simply called as computer science.
In simple terms, it is called CS.

It mainly deals with designing,developing and understanding the programs and source code.

Logic plays a vital role in coding.

They are fields in it.

some of them are AI(artificial intelligence,machine learning,graph theory,computer networks,mobile application development,intro to robotics,automata theroy,data structures,algorithms.

The languges which are used in coding are as follows.

software engineering:

Simply it is called SE.
Building and maintaining systems is the main thing here.
It is more soft-ware oriented.
It is more applicable than CS.
It is more disciplined than CS.
