1) NH2C6H4NH3Cl is a salt formed from NH2C6H4NH2 and HCl.

Here HCl is a strong acid and NH2C6H4NH2 is a weak base.So, the given salt is acidic in nature.

2) NH2C6H4NH2 is weak base and has pKb1 and pKb2 as 7.69 and 11.03 respectively.

So, p-Phenylenediamine is basic in nature.
