The highest concentration of CO2 is found in very highly developed metropolitan cities of our world like London, Beijing, Delhi etc because of the high no of vehicles causing vehicular emissions and more no of human beings but lesser no of plants.

In northern hemisphere, CO2 concentration is highest during months of January and December. Because it's the season when many trees shed their leaves, thus reducing the CO2 absorption and O2 releasing to and from the atmosphere.

Similarly, in spring and summer CO2 emissions are the lowest because plant life becomes more abundant and they absorb higher amount of CO2 from the atmosphere.

CO2 concentration doesn't vary over places much where human interference is the least, like remote oceans and islands, the Amazon rainforest,etc.
