4. An RL circuit has a 5 kΩ resistor and a 1 mH inductor. This circuit is driven by a 100 Hz sine wave with 1 V amplitude. What is the amplitude of the current in the circuit?

First and foremost thing, there is mis-typed capacitor instead of inductor because you use the SI unit Henry (H). If you are interested in capacitor then it should be in Farad. I calculated the both case.  

Part 3 as () = pi/4. So tan of pi/4 will be 1 so I equate wL= R.
