Biochemistry - What kind of amino acids or amino acids derivatives form the cyclic peptide toxin alpha-amanitin?

Please draw the structure of each (I think there are 8 amino acids and a cysteine and a tryptophan residue?)

alpha-Amanitin or α-amanitin is composed of cyclic peptide bond comprising of eight amino acids.

It consist of two loop : outer and inner

The outer loop is mainly constituted of peptide bonds which is formed between a COOH end of given amino acid and extend to the consecutive amino end of other residue.

Whereas the formation of inner loop is composed of tryptathionine bond which is formed between 6-hydroxy-tryptophan and sulfur containing cysteine amino acid

apart from that , α-amanitin is also incorporated with many other modified or derivative of various amino acid side residues like (2S,3R,4R)-4,5-dihydroxy-isoleucine and mainly trans-4-hydroxy-proline
