Answer #1

Yes the result will be F+ and F+.

An F+ bacteria will have an F plasmid that carries an F factor or fertility factor which helps in producing a appendage like extension called sex pili from it's surface with which it can make contact with an F - cell which lacks F plasmid and F factor. This now forms a conjugation tube through which a copy of f plasmid with f factor will be delivered into the F - cell and at the same time F+ cell will also have made a copy of f factor. When the F - cell receives an F factor it becomes F + cell. The conjugation tube then disappears.
