Here, for the position of center of mass

as all the masses are at y axis , the center of mass will also be at y axis

for the y coordinate

y coordinate = (m1 * y1 + m2 * y2 + m3 * y3 + m4 * y4)/total mass

y coordinate = (2.04 * 3.05 + 3.07 * 2.53 + 2.41 * 0 - 3.96 * 0.505)/(2.04 + 3.07 + 2.41 + 3.96)\

y coordinate = 1.044 m

the coordinate is 1.044 m

center of mass

x = 0 m

y = 1.044 m
