There are ethical codes that govern almost all aspects of life such as, personal, professional and social lives. This would mean that certain unwritten rules and regulations would become the code of ethics over a period of time. Only those who believe in those ethics would be able to follow them and those who feel that they are not connected to the society or organization with which they are part of, they won’t follow them. Thus, a sense of belonging would enable one to attach themselves and strive hard to live up to the expectations of the ethical code of conduct. However, if people believe that they are oppressed and are not included or respected, the chances are more that they violate the ethical codes of conduct.
