With more companies pursuing opportunities in less-developed markets, would using a lean, agile, or leagile strategy work best in light of the macrotrends?

To my judgment a leagile strategy in the less established economies would be more fitting. A leagile strategy is a combination of lean as well as agile approach that includes the positive characteristics of both approaches. A business which is less mature is fairly unpredictable. The leagile strategy has the versatility to match any scenario in a business like this. In fact, leagile strategy encourages cost-effectiveness and is an necessary prerequisite for every company's growth in a less established environment. A leagile strategy should be able to take note of and draw on all the possibilities that exist in the less established industry. Hence the company's overall productivity would be encouraged.
