The business is known for its safety standards and quality products. We will discuss the quality tools that are used by Schindler in their quality proceedings.
Schindler uses tools such as to cause & effect diagram to asses the quality of the material they are using for the manufacturing of their products. They also use statistics and control charts to gauge their business and manufacturing processes and then asses which processes are out of control and which ones are within control. We can then take appropriate measures to control the processes thereafter. Schindler also uses the process mapping and run chart to see the run mapping of their production process and asses the quality of the material produced per production run.
