Most of the time it’s the childhood events that shape one’s life in the future. Remembering everything from the childhood wouldn’t be good for one unless they are good memories. In case of painful and hurtful memories, one would be haunted throughout one’s life. There would be incidents, events and people who would have affected one and the upbringing wouldn’t have been good. Thus forgetting would help one overcome those hurtful feelings and events thus would be able to move ahead.
