Record analysis : it refers to the training specific to the record containing information. It usually consists of record keeping, security of information, hard key encryption, secure database management system if taken electronically. Training must contain these modules.

Documentation improvement will have authentication approval both in terms of segregation as well as security. Training modules must include user interface visualisation in terms of electronic information improvement, details surveys having questionnaire which should enlist detailed data so that improvements can be done wholistically.

Release of information should be done in order to have seemless flow of information to customers. Training modules should have encryption details mentioned in their training so that the customer information is not released to wrong person. Various database management system in case of electronic data.

Reception and customer service: this is the main point of contact with the customer as it helps in persistency of any business and help in establishing brand image. Training modules consist of relationship management, customer interaction, confidence building, personality development. They help in developing and nurturing skills pertaining to better customer services in terms of quality.
