Use the normal approximation to the binomial to approximate the probability that ​(a) exactly 131 flights are on time. ​(b) at least 131 flights are on time. ​(c) fewer than 137 flights are on time. ​(d) between 137 and 141​, inclusive are on time. ​

I know that I supposed to get the mean and standard deviation from n which is 154 and p which is .83. The issue is that I have is trying to use the statcrunch or excel, I'm not getting the right answers like for EXAMPLE: P(85)=P(Z 1.38)-P(Z<1.13) turns out to be 0.9162-0.8708 which I am not understanding how it came to that using the statcrunch. If you can show me how by taking the picture of how you're putting it in the statcrunch, please do.
