A project acceptance document is a document to signify acceptance of the delivered solution. It provides verification that all project deliverables have been reviewed and accepted by the Client and it verifies that all work is complete. No outstanding items remain for completion.

Purpose: The purpose of the project acceptance form is to signify the acceptance of the project and hereby, moving the accounts office from location A to B.

Complete Acceptance Criteria: This document acknowledges formal acceptance of the project named and described above. All phase acceptance documents are attached and set forth in the list below.
