Though the owners, Jeff and Joy have many opportunities to expand their business, they do not want to have more than their three existing outlets only because they wanted to be close to their products and customers. This shows their commitment and passion to give the best barbeque to the customers. By keeping their business circle small, they feel that they have achieved giving the best to the customers.

Their strategy to open outlets in the gas stations was a great success for their business. However, they can improve their brand personality by insisting on more of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). They can focus on providing recyclable products at the restaurants and create awareness among the customers about their role in their CSR initiatives. They can also focus more on go-green initiatives for a pollution free environment. They can follow strategies similar to Starbucks wherein they have increased more of social responsibility among their employees and staff by focusing on the well-being of the community.
