E. Cyclobutane

Entropy depends on the degree of randomness or disorderliness of the atoms of a compound. Single bonded molecules will be having high entropy because they do not have any restricted rotation which is present along double bond of alkene.

In given set of compounds cyclobutane in spite of fact that it is an alkane will be having least entropy. This is due to the fact that cyclobutane is a cyclic structure in which restriction of carbon atoms is severely present to a large extent. (due to ring strain)
