1. In bench pressing the heart rate seem to increase when you climb repeatedly and at the rate will increase just after you climb on the bench. This is because we need energy to climb. For the muscles to work it need more oxygen. For that heart pumps more fast and the heart rate increases.

2. Heart rate at the standing position is high. At rest time the heart pumps blood to the body parts without much effort than the standing position. In standing position the heart should pump more fast to pump blood against gravity. The blood pumped in heart should move to all parts of the body including legs and brain. As the heat need to pump blood to a long distance now the rate also increase.

3. Hematocrit is the ratio of total volume of RBC and total volume of blood. RBC/ RBC+ plasma will be the representation of the other components bare taken negligible. As RBC is more the hematocrit value increases. As the hematocrit value increases the RBC increase so the haemoglobin also increases. So if haematocrit value is more the haemoglobin content is also more
