B) Middle Management commitment is not acritical element in cycle time reduction. All the other elements Just-In-Time training, Motion studies and Kaizen are important emelemts of cycle time reduction. Taking these elements into consierdation will help in reducing the time to do a particular process, increase productivity and the quality as well.
