As per the balanced reaction, 3 moles of O2 consumed will lead to 2 moles of H2O formtion.

Concentration of H2O after 46.0 seconds = 2.167 * 2/3 = 1.444 M

Hence the concentration of H2O after 46.0 seconds will be 1.444 M
