Various colleges seek array of facilities for creating job opportunities namely:

  1. Corporate tieups
  2. Alumni network
  3. Internships and preplacement offers
  4. Job fairs
  5. Education seminars
  6. Social media groups

Out of these widely used and most effective is Alumni network which creates host of high quality premium job opportunities.

Generally employers find insensitive or abusive or inappropriate content on Candidates Facebook page which is first searched usually.

Content like political views, sharing illicit content, party pictures, alcohol or smoking or drugging related photographs all are perceived as inappropriate and unprofessional and creates negative image of candidate.
