The economics courses are labeled 1,2,3,4,5,6, the finance courses are labeled 1,2,3,4,5, and the accounting courses are labeled 1,2,3,4. If a single course is picked at random, what is the probability that the course is NOT an economics course? Provide the final answer as a fraction.

Here the event of selecting a course is random. So we can have three mutually exclusive and exhaustive events whether than course could be from economics,finance or accounting. All this three events have equal chance that is 1/3. Probability of not getting economics course if we select it randomly will be the probability of selecting a course from accounting or finance. So is as follows
