Answer #1

The connection between the existence of stars and the existence of life on Earth is the sunlight. We know that sunlight is the optimum source of energy on the earth's surface. Without sunlight imagining possibility of life would be more difficult.

Now coming to how fortunate we are. Earth is in such a position with respect to the sun that where all the three forms of water can exist, not in any other planets. Closer planet like Mercury, Venus have water in vapor state and for outer planets the water presents in solid ice state. So in earth the required temperature for the existence of life prevails. That's why now scientists have discovered some new planets which can have earth like life forms and they named them as habitable zone planets.

From the sunlight plants produce their food through photosynthesis. We know every living organisms are directly or indirectly related to plants. Plant is the primary producer in the food web. Without them the food web cannot function. And plants cannot grow without sunlight. That's why star is important for existence of life.

This relationship exists between the star and the existence of life.
