here, we will do 1 sample Z test for mean.

decision:-

p value = 0.0174 < 0.05 (alpha)

so, we reject the null hypothesis.

conclusion:-

there is sufficient evidence to claim that the mean flights per hour changed(increased) relative to before the new procedure was implemented at 0.05 level of significance.
