  1. Please describe the major changes in employer-employee statues and structures from the first nation-wide union in 1869 to the employer-employee workforce landscape we see today. (it’s useful to see the changes as a wave, with peaks and valleys, some years pro-labor, some pro-worker, some excesses on the both sides but usually trending upwards for both over the long haul).

Well the employer -employee relationship is now much better than it was initially because,Nowdays the employer don't act as a master and the employees have to work as a slave .There should be a balanced relationship between the employer and the employee, because due to the employer ,the employee has got a chance to work in this company,so there should be a mutual and respectful relationship between them.In early times, there were several illegal taxation system in which the company or the employee deduct their wages without any specific reason. But Nowdays the most important thing is that the whole system has become much transparent. So there are very less chances of any mischievous act.Similarly, there is some benefits for the employer too,if the employees are not working properly then it can fire them after some warnings.
