As sun is the only source of heat for our planet, in a similar manner Antarctic is the major source of Cold and both tend to play an integral role in exerting a considerable amount of control on the climate.

(Jacques) Cousteau tells in front of the camera that " The Antarctica has cold ocean current around its corners which tends to flow in North direction in orderto join the hot water current from that of the tropical regions. This the upwellings formed help to keep the atmosphere of earth as well as the surface water cool.
