• It a Operant conditioning. Basically operant conditioning is a learing process by which behaviours are reinforced through outcome. It would be either positive or negative by reward or punishment. An example : a student tends to complete his homework , because he or she know that either he would be punished or rewared.
• Reinforcement is a stimulus which increses the probable response. As a positive example of a reinforcement is when you praise your children for a particular work, he or she tends to good work.
• Type of reinforcement: In operant conditioning, there are two different types of reinforcement. These are: i) Positive reinforcement ii) Negative reinforcement Positive reinforcement:- In positive reinforcement, it involves with something to increase response. Like after a positive reward the particular response would be reinforced automatically. In an example: if you gives a chocolates to your child, he tends to doing good job.   Negative reinforcement:- Negative reinforment is withdrawn something negative  is already there to create a benificial effect. Negative reinforcement allowes to person the negative stimuli in exchange for a reward. In an example: In an industry manager use negitive reinforcement to motivate employees.
