I agree with the HR perspective mentioned above. It means that, employees can be truly motivated by ensuring them that if they perform the tasks well, they would be benefit. This benefit could be financial, self-motivated, knowledge or any other non-financial rewards. But an employee serves a customer well if it is going to benefit him personally or professionally. Thus, only satisfied employees can serve better and gain higher customer satisfaction.
