3) Stock dividends do not affect the Cash flow from financing activity in Cash flow statement . It does not affect Income statement.

Only in Balance Sheet entry will be passed to transfer the stock dividend from Retained earnings to Stockholders Equity Account

Stock dividends do not affect the assets side of Balance sheet. Only the Equity side is affected by a entry reallocating Retained earnings to Stockholders equity
