Workspace example – Customer service support

Workspace optimization is critical in the case of customer service support of any organization. This is a separate department with executives seated before computers addressing the customer complaints and grievances regularly. Things work well with the department classified according to the customer complaint category. Complaints are categorized into various types including product related complaints, quality-related complaints, late delivery related complaints, returns complaint, maintenance-related complaints, warranty complaints, repair complaints, a missing product complaint, service-related complaints, a delivery person related complaints etc. This categorization makes things work well in the customer service department

As a cost-cutting measure or optimization measure, organizations outsource their customer service support to third party organization or professionals in customer service support. This outsourcing activity could be a means of improving the workspace by limiting the physical space and resources required on customer support service

The difficulties repeatedly experienced with customer service support is the customer waiting time to resolve their complaints. Sometimes customer waits for a very long time to tell their complaint and complaint resolution takes even longer. The customer experience is critical for organizations and differentiates the rest from the best. The best companies provide excellent customer service experience and reduce the customer waiting time to the minimum resolving the customer complaints rapidly. When a customer is provided with such a quick and positive response, it would make the company the best and help retain the customer for a long time. This customer service aspect differentiates the best company from the rest overcoming the difficulties at a rapid pace

Interaction with customers seems notable as it requires patience in listening to the complaints of the customer and understanding their complaint that is generally conveyed in an angry manner. These customer interactions and the methods adopted to resolve the customer complaints are recorded for training purposes that are to be used in the future for providing better customer experience. These are some notable customer-related experiences that seem interesting in the workspace

Philosophy Questions What are the reasons why such statements as "well it's true for them…" are confused and mistaken (with exceptions)? What is the difference between the terms non-moral and moral and amoral? (You should also have picked up from my responses to certain posts that it is simply a mistake to "rule out" without argument certain actions as non-moral. Abortion and sexuality simply are moral issues, at least insofar as they dramatically affect other people. Do not confuse the...
