If our Sun contracts from the current size to a size similar to a neutron star(radius~10km), Explain why a spinning top cannot stay up if it is not spinning(with physical reason).

As sun reduces in its size its gravitational force will be very very large. So top part will be attracted towards the center of sun with much larger force . To avoid that collapse from top to centre sun must spin with very large speed so that this gravitational force will behave as centripetal force . But if sun will stop spinning top surface will collapse
