Rate of return=(Dividend+Price)/Purchase Price-1

1.
=(48+2)/50-1=0.0000%

2.
=(50+2)/50-1=4.0000%

3.
=(54+2)/50-1=12.0000%


Real return=(1+rate of return)/(1+inflation)-1

1.
=(48+2)/50*1/1.03-1=-2.9126%

2.
=(50+2)/50*1/1.03-1=0.9709%

3.
=(54+2)/50*1/1.03-1=8.7379%
