ERP are the software that enables the organizations to integrate their various functions like human resource, finance, and back office and so on with the help of the IT technology. This creates integration and easy flow of information inside the organization. The flow of information improves communication and makes decision making easy and better which results in the improvement and better organization of the business. Therefore I agree that ERP are software that are designed to improve, organize and communicate.
