Artificial intelligence and machine language is used to create a strong database about the customers and their preferences and companies are using this information to come up with choices which would attract the consumers. They are using artificial intelligence and machine language to predict the requirements of customers and come up with similar choices for them . Hence they are improving their bottom line using these models. Spotify and other companies collect data, analyse it and come up with similar songs or any other services which suits that particular customer making it easy for them to select. However there is a risk of our data getting misused or misrepresented by some companies and hence it has a major risk of lack of security and data getting hacked in selling our data.
